What is a Life Coach?

Sometimes you want to make a decision or a change to your life but being too close to what’s going on often results in not being able to see the wood for the trees.

As a Life Coach, my role is to help you get clarity to help you reach a goal or to make a change.

Unlike your friends, family or colleagues, I will not tell you what you ‘should’ do. I will explore what you would like to do and help you to discover the answers for yourself.

By listening and asking questions, I will help you to identify the changes you would like to make and work out what might be holding you back.

You can speak confidentially without feeling that you are being judged as I support you to help turn your thoughts and ideas into goals and then action.

We will look at where you are now, where you want to be and together we will work out how you can get there.

Every step of the way, I will provide encouragement, focus, direction, inspiration and motivation to keep you on track to find the life you want to live.


Why do I need a Life Coach?

Let’s be honest, you probably didn’t wake up this morning and say “ I need a Life Coach”.

But if life is not turning out the way you would like, you may have woken up feeling fed-up, unhappy, overwhelmed,
frustrated, confused, unsure and maybe a whole host of other feelings that only you can describe.

Can I ask you a few questions?

Have you ever had to make a decision and not known which way to turn?

Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed?

Do you feel that you don’t have enough time to yourself?

Have you got a clear goal in mind but you can’t work out how to achieve it?

Maybe you just feel a bit stuck but you can’t figure out why?

Perhaps you are happy but need help to keep focused to stay that way?

Or maybe it’s time for you to start another chapter in your life perhaps following a break-up, redundancy or relocation?


Why did I ask those questions?

Because these are just a handful of the situations that were facing some of my clients until they decided they wanted something to change in their lives.
